crossfit competition

​Crossfit competitors from throughout Connecticut and the region gathered in Fairfield on Saturday, June 23, to benefit Woofgang & Co.  SOSF (Source of Strength Fairfield) sponsored the competition with three divisions (Rx, Scaled and Community), and encouraged nearly 100 fitness enthusiasts of all levels to join in the fun.  The event featured music, food, a special children's area and more.  All proceeds were donated to Woofgang & Co.  Thank you SOSF!
