star volunteer emily hladerson receives well-derserved shoutout

Emily Halderson, a senior leader on Fairfield University's field hockey team and long-time volunteer for Team Woofgang, was recently profiled on the university's website.

Halderson has volunteered for Team Woofgang for three years, primarily as a store manager. She also launched and ran an annual Bingo Night fundraiser on campus, which has raised nearly $2,000 over the past two years, all while providing our team members with the special opportunity to socialize with the university's broader student community.

As highlighted in the article, Halderson and Team Woofgang have "forged a relationship that is as strong as any bond felt between teammates on an athletic team. Because like teammates, they work together for a common goal."
